Which side of this are you on?

1. 1Tell us about you and your city — on WhatsApp or the short form.
2. 2We reply within two weeks and set up a call to shape a first project.
3. 3You are added to the founding chapter-leads group and receive the drive pack.
4. 4You run your first book drive, with us alongside you the whole way.

A chapter is a place where every other programme can run — drives, libraries, storytelling and futures literacy.

1. 1We match you to a chapter near you, or to a programme team for remote roles.
2. 2A team lead contacts you with a small first task.
3. 3After a few sessions you can lead a project — or start a chapter.

Volunteers are how a drive becomes a placed book and a library becomes a habit.

1. 1Your drive is attached to a chapter so sorting and placement stay local.
2. 2You get the drive pack and agree a collection window.
3. 3Books are sorted and placed; you receive a note on where they went.

Every drive adds to the stock that seeds libraries and answers support requests.

1. 1We review your note and reply within two weeks.
2. 2A conversation about scope — we are upfront about what we can commit to.
3. 3Terms are agreed and written down; with your consent you are listed on the Partners page.

Partners supply venues, stock, airtime, introductions and funding, which is what lets chapters grow.

1. 1We check for a host, a space and a named person to own the books.
2. 2We match you with stock from recent drives, or a programme that fits.
3. 3Your nearest chapter (or the core team) delivers and sets up, then follows up.

Requests tell us where chapters should grow next: unmet demand is what decides the map.

1. 1Tell us what you have, roughly how many, and where they are.
2. 2We confirm which categories we can accept — and say plainly if some we cannot.
3. 3We arrange a collection, or give you the nearest drop-off point.
4. 4Volunteers sort every book by reading age, language and condition before it is placed.

Donated books are the raw material for everything else: they stock the drives, the libraries and the sessions.

1. 1Register your interest — this does not book a session.
2. 2We contact you as the first workshop dates and Club sessions are confirmed.
3. 3Schools are asked about group size and format before anything is scheduled.

The programme is still being built. Early registrations shape who the first cohorts are for.
