Futures literacy

Literacy allows a young person to understand the world as it is. Futures literacy allows them to imagine what it could become — and to recognise their own part in changing it.

What the Futures Club is

A continuing group, in the spirit of a reading circle, working on imagination and foresight — alongside standalone workshops that a school can host.

It grew out of the moment every storytelling session ends on: a child asking what happens after the last page, and then answering it themselves. We decided that instinct deserved to be taken seriously rather than outgrown.

Where this currently stands

The workshops, the Club and the student resources are still in development. This form registers your interest; it does not book a session. We will contact you as the first cohorts are scheduled.

We would rather tell you that plainly than take a booking we cannot yet honour.
