Founding chapters
We are opening a small number of founding chapters, and we would rather back a few people who mean it than collect a long list. If you would run a book drive without being asked, tell us where you are.
A drive you run puts actual books in actual classrooms, and you can point to it.
Pages of Joy is youth-led. A chapter lead runs their own team and their own projects.
You start with a method that has placed storybooks in five states — not from a blank page.
Pages of Joy was started by a four-year-old. If you are under 18 we will ask you to name a parent or teacher to copy in on anything involving travel, money or meeting in person.

For now, everything runs on WhatsApp. A proper chapter dashboard will follow once the Pages of Joy app is ready — we would rather begin the work than wait on the software.
